We’re Growing — and So Is Our Team!

On behalf of Girls on the Run of Northeast Wisconsin, I want to extend heartfelt thanks for your continued partnership and support. Together, we inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident through our fun curriculum that uniquely blends life skills with movement and running. We couldn’t do this work without you!

As we expand our reach, we’re evolving our staffing structure to better serve our growing community and are excited to introduce two new roles:

• A full-time Program Specialist: This role will provide essential support to our increasing number of program sites and volunteer coaches.

• A part-time Engagement Coordinator: This position will focus on expanding our presence across our nine-county region through outreach and marketing initiatives.

These strategic changes will help us continue delivering high-quality programming, while empowering even more girls to discover and activate their limitless potential!

As part of these changes, Kathy Olson and Kelly Ellington have transitioned out of their current roles. For more than eight years, they have played a critical part in supporting our coaches, nurturing program sites, and advancing our mission as dedicated part-time program staff. We are so grateful for their service and commitment. Until the new roles are filled, I’ll be your main point of contact. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or needs.

Thank you again for being an essential part of our journey. We’re excited for what lies ahead— and grateful to have you with us!

Sincerely,

Tania Spofford
